Upcoming Changes to the Wireless Forum Board

[ Edited ]

We have noticed that the Wireless forum board is growing fast over the last few months and covers various topics that are supported by different internal teams. To help you easily navigate within the topics and escalate questions to the right party, we have decided to expand the existing structure from a single Wireless forum board to three sub-forum boards as detailed below.

  • Bluetooth / Wi-Fi: covers Bluetooth Smart, Bluetooth Classic, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Smart Ready realted questions
  • Mesh: covers RF4CE, Thread, ZigBee, ZigBee Green Power related topics
  • Proprietary: covers EZRadio, EZRadioPRO, Wireless MCU products and all of our Proprietary stacks, such as RAIL, Connect, WMBUS and Sigfox

Wireless forum topics and knowledge base articles will be moved to the sub-boards starting from 1st August until 8th August 2016. You can create new posts in the new forum boards during this period as the moved posts will be listed chronologically.

  • Bluetooth / Wi-Fi: covers
  • Mesh: covers
  • Proprietary: covers

put that in the subforum titles, many have trouble finding the right board

@rev Yes, they are related to the migration. There was no option to turn the notifications off unfortunately. We are very sorry for the confusion and any inconvenience caused.

@erikm Thanks for the suggestion. We are still in the process of cleaning the labels in the Wireless sub-forums. We will make sure to make it clear in the next few days.

Re: Upcoming Changes to the Wireless Forum Board

Are all messages that were marked read now suddenly unread after they've been moved? That is quite annoying.
