Below are the direct links for specific boards, or to the unread content on those boards. For frequent visitors to the site, it is sometimes easier to jump directly to new unread content. We hope that these links will help you find what you need faster.
TO USE THE LINKS:
The bold item is the direct board URL, and the longer URL is the link to the unread content on that board.
Just click on the board title to jump directly to that forum content ... then create a shortcut in your browser that you can use later to come back to the same area.
The “new unread content” URL is more complex in its construction, but it works the same way. Just click the link and create your bookmark.
Don't forget that once you read content, you will probably not see it again under the "unread" category. So both links might prove helpful.
If you need to login again after clicking directly into the forum, you might consider checking the "keep me signed in" option when you enter your credentials.
Feedback is welcome.

Is there a way to navigate to the 'new unread content' page from the regular board? I can create bookmarks, but i'm sure for some people who only need that view from time to time being able to navigate there normally would be nice.

And how does this work for the Knowledge Base? That is the only one that often indicates there are new messages without having a new message at the top of my list.
Any news on this? I once again seem to have 9 unread messages in the KB, but I can't find them.

Is there by any chance a way to search for messages which have no replies, rather than ones that are unread? It seems this would be useful if users want to be helpful and find posts where they could potentially contribute answers.

Yes you can. If you go to the Search page and choose 'Advanced Search', you'll see more options including 'Topics with no replies'.
You can choose other options like filtering content by type of post ect. afterwards. Please let me know if you have any other question.

For the Other Products forum:
Unfortunately it doesn't always work. As at this moment I seem to have 4 unread messages here, but the above link shows none.
