RAIL_RfIdle vs RAIL_RfIdleExt

Hi,

RAIL has two functions to go to the idle state. Though it is apparent that RfIdleExt has more options, it is totally unclear how these two functions differ or if and when they behave identical.

Re: RAIL_RfIdle vs RAIL_RfIdleExt

RAIL_RfIdle() is identical to RAIL_RfIdleExt(RAIL_IDLE, false).

I generally recommend using the latter one with the second parameter as true, generally when you call it, you can't do anything until RAIL actually reaches IDLE.
