Hello, I am having trouble installing the USB Drivers for the EM3588. I plugged the device into the usb port on my computer. It installed the Silicon Labs CDC Serial Port, however I get the following error message:
Reinstall the drivers for this device. (Code 18) To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.
Despite reinstalling it, this message still shows up.
My environment is on windows 7, running on VMWARE Fusion.
This is driver version 6.1.7601.17516

Is it an SoC or NCP design? The USB port needs to be initialized on the EM3588 using emberSerialInit(3,0,0,0), as well as enabling it in AppBuilder.

I have similar problem.
I'm using silabs EM35x development kit board with EM3588.
I enabled the USB CDC serial port from simplicity studio example builder using "client example" on thread stack.
When I connect the USB to my PC, it is recognized as Silicon Labs CDC but the device is connected and disconnected continuosly, without start the application.
My PC is Win7 x64.
How could I resolve this problem?
