Wrong AHB ID - ETRX3USB + ISA3 (Part 2)

I'm trying to flash some new firmware into my shiny new ETRX3USB8M using an ISA3 and I hit exactly the problem described in this thread  (Wrong AHB ID error when connecting to ISA3)
The solution provided there and here (sending AT+BLOAD) worked great and I was able to flash the first file successfully.

D:\AS302P\ember\NewISA3>em3xx_load --usb 0 ..\Telegesis\app-bootloader.s37
em3xx_load version 4.9.3.0 build 121
Connecting to ISA via USB Device 0
DLL version 1.2.1, compiled Apr 23 2015 14:50:00
SerialWire interface selected
SWJCLK speed is 500kHz
Targeting EM357
Parse .s37 format for flash
Reset Chip
WARNING: Replacing bootloader

Verifying bootloader and application
Run (by toggling nRESET)
DONE

When I tried to flash the second file however, I hit pretty much the same error as before...
Just with a different Found code

D:\AS302P\ember\NewISA3>em3xx_load --usb 0 ..\telegesis\Coordinator.s37
em3xx_load version 4.9.3.0 build 121
Connecting to ISA via USB Device 0
DLL version 1.2.1, compiled Apr 23 2015 14:50:00
SerialWire interface selected
SWJCLK speed is 500kHz
ERROR: Wrong AHB ID (15:3). Expected 0x04770001 (Mask 0x0FFFFFCF), Found 0x01000AA7
DONE

I tried repeating the AT+BLOAD command but got an  ERROR: 10  response.  (other commands like ATI are still working fine)

I have now tried power cycling the device and tried the same process with it connected or not to USB, but I get the same error responses each time.

Does anyone know what ERROR: 10 actually means?
Any ideas how I can proceed from here?

TIA

Re: Wrong AHB ID - ETRX3USB + ISA3 (Part 2)

I don't know anything about the AT command set, but I have seen the "Wrong ABH ID.." error a number of times. It may be due to hardware, JTAG connection problems, or sometimes the ISA adapter needs a reboot.
