Very simple question to CP2120 suffix

Hello,  what does the suffix -GM mean? I can only guess it is the same as for your MCUs - Temp & package. But I need a confirmation. Would be nice to see that in the datasheet...

Best regards Manfred

Re: Very simple question to CP2120 suffix

the 'G' in each of the part numbers refers to the temperature grade of the device, where G indicates the device temperature range is -40 C to 85 C. The second letter, 'M' in this case, refers to the package type. 'M' indicates that the package is a QFN type.

Hello, thank you for your answer. Do you have a document which describes the nomenclature?
