I have used CP2114-B02 with tlv320aic3106 codec on custom board. I am able to get both audio in/out
correctly as per my project requirement.
But the issue is that ,I am not able to control my device volume with Host PC. I am attaching the config file written in OTP for reference.

What OS are you using? What do you mean when you say you can't control your device volume? Does Windows display a certain volume and then not allow you to change it?

I am using windows 7 64 bit. Yes the windows display a zero volume when I power up my card. I can hear the audio at certain volume but I am not able to change using Windows slider.

It may be a good idea for you to open a support ticket so you can get your schematic reviewed. Go to http://www.silabs.com/support and Create a Support Request.
