nodetest测试功耗问题---EFR32MG1P132

您好。

我最近使用EFR32MG1V132F256GM32-C0这款芯片做了一个zigbee模块,然后下载了你们提供的bootloader和nodetest测试程序,发现接收电流、发射电流和休眠电流都比文档介绍的电流值大很多;

然后我把相同的代码烧写至我们购买的EFR32MG 2.4 GHz 19.5 dBm Radio Board板上,设置相同的发射功率后,发现接收电流和发射电流和我做的模块参数几乎是一样的?

RX 14.54mA  TX 44mA

请问这个问题应改从哪方面着手呢?

Hello,

Would you tell me how did you test the Rx/Tx current? Usually, the test should be in a particular mode, so we test it with RAILTest, since the source code can be modified, but with nodetest, there is no way to do like RAILTest.

The hardware connection is:

When I enter a TXtone commmand, I can see the current value through DC Supply.

 

And I can also get the RX and sleep current value by RX and shutdown command.

 

Now, I begin to learn how to test the consumption by RAILTest.

Now we are developing our firmware based on Ember znet_5.8.0, and I want to know how to test the consumption such as TX currrent.

 

Yesterday, I tested the EFR32MG 2.4 GHz 19.5 dBm Radio Board's current by using RAIL TEST (follwing AN972: EFR32 RF Evaluation Guide). I found that all the current value was higher than the one you described in datasheet, and I don't know why.

eg.RX current value

actual    claim

12mA    9.8mA

 

Now, we want to mesure the module's consumption when it's used normally, and what should we do?
