Hi,

 

Why did you create a new thread instead of just continuing on the same thread? This doesn't make sense, it only makes it more difficult having to go back to another thread to see the initial information.

Hi,

 

There's only 5 messages on that thread, that's far away from long. In any case, as long as the topic/issue remains the same it shouldn't be a problem. Jumping between threads creates additional problem of fragmenting the information.
