Debugging a 1.8V target with the WSTK adapter board (BRD8010A)

Question

The adapter board for WSTK kits (BRD8010A) has an ARM Cortex connector, but pin 1 is 3.3V, not VTARGET.  How do I use this header to debug a target with 1.8V IO?

Answer

You can disable the 3.3V supply by putting the VMCU switch on the WSTK into BAT (battery) mode.
